Application areas:
KOOLKUT EP 681 is a heavy duty Steel & Aluminum machining fluid for use on Ferrous & Non-Ferrous metals in wide range of applications like Machining, Turning, Tapping, Drilling, Milling, Grooving etc. It is more effective than ordinary emulsifiable oils in extending tool life. Recommended concentration is 2 – 12% depending on the severity of machining.
Suitable for all metals for machining operations where emulsifiable oils are normally used. The recommended concentration is between 3 to 5% depending on the severity of machining. Product can be used successfully even for grinding operations.
Detail Description
KOOLKUT EP 681 is a water miscible mineral oil based premium metal cutting fluid containing balanced proportions of Chlorinated EP agents and suitable Esters for imparting superior Lubricity. The product forms a milky white to translucent emulsion.
